Tirhut Industries is planning to set up a 28 MW cogeneration plant at Ryam/Keoti villages in Dharbanga district of Bihar. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 3130 million. The company has received the state government clearance and the project is likely to go operational by end of 2012.
